Flat-Foot Engineering is a fully-fledged mechanical engineering provider, with a systems-based approach. We specialise in the supply, installation and repair of boilers, steam lines, laundry equipment, autoclaves kitchen equipment, and Medical gas including Compressed gasses.

We also design and manufacture customised high-quality hot water vessels according to the PD5500:215 welding procedures. Flat-Foot has grown tremendously since its formation in 2006, becoming one of the leading 100% black-owned and managed electro-mechanical companies with headquarters in East London and branches in Port Elizabeth and Mthatha, and a growing presence in Johannesburg

Sole distributor for the CERTUSS steam generators in Africa

As part of our strategic move in scaling our business into the African market, during 2019 Flat-Foot entered into partnership with CERTUSS Dampfautomaten GmbH & Co. KG (a German company) and became a sole distributor for the CERTUSS steam generators in AFRICA. This move fit perfectly in our effort to conquer the African market as a one stop steam generation company in AFRICA and for AFRICA. We are “stepping into the future” to conquer Africa and the world. Our team has a combined experience of 50 years in the steam industry, our expects are on the ground to give technical support and maintenance of the CERTUSS boilers. As a result of the continuous training that is offered by CERTUSS to our technicians and sales engineers in order to understand the product makes us to be stronger as a company and the fact that our head office is in South Africa strategically positions us perfectly as a getaway into the continent of Africa.
